Our network consists primarily of 3Com Switch 3300 switches. We have a Hewlett Packard 4000M modular switch. In time it will be discontinued so that the network will be uniform.

Currently the network has a gigabit connection between the MDF and both the Library and new High School. Everything else is 100 MB ethernet. Each of our labs has the capability of fast ethernet to the desktop. The lab of Apple iMac in the Media Center Lab A is running Macintosh OS 9 and some of our older software and Media Center Lab B is running Macintosh OS X Tiger

We also have wireless access in most areas.

All of the buildings have multimode fiber connecting them to the MDF building. The fiber is 12 strand to allow for future expansion and possible damage to pairs.
